These terms cover your use of elevatewithshrey.com. If you enrol in the Elevation Program, you'll receive a separate coaching agreement covering the program itself — that document takes precedence over anything here.
Applying isn't enrolling
Submitting an application through this site is an expression of interest. It doesn't create a coaching relationship and it doesn't guarantee a place. Shrey takes a limited number of clients and reviews every application personally. He may decline an application for any reason, including that he doesn't believe the program is appropriate for you at this time.
Health and safety
Elevate provides fitness and nutrition coaching. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Exercise and dietary change carry inherent risk. Before starting any new training or nutrition program you should consult a doctor, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are taking medication, are recovering from injury, or have been inactive for an extended period.
You're responsible for disclosing relevant health information accurately, for training within your capability, and for stopping and seeking medical attention if something hurts or feels wrong. Coaching is delivered remotely and Shrey cannot supervise your form in person.
Results
The transformations and messages shown on this site are from real clients who gave permission for their use. They are examples of what has been achieved, not a prediction of what you will achieve. Results depend on your starting point, your consistency, your genetics, your health, your sleep, your stress, and a good deal of ordinary life that nobody controls. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Your content
Information you submit through the application form should be accurate and your own. Don't submit anyone else's personal or health information.
Our content
The text, photographs, video, branding and design on this site belong to Elevate with Shrey and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use them commercially without written permission. Client photographs may not be reproduced under any circumstances.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Occasionally it may be down for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party services. We're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Elevate with Shrey isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
