This policy explains what happens to the information you give us when you use elevatewithshrey.com. It's written to be read, not to protect us — if anything here is unclear, ask and we'll explain it plainly.
Who we are
Elevate with Shrey is an online coaching practice operated by Shrey Gupta, providing personal training, nutrition and habit coaching. For any question about your data, email privacy@elevatewithshrey.com.
What we collect
When you submit an application through this site, you give us:
- Your name, age and location
- Your WhatsApp number and email address
- Height, weight and current activity level
- Health information you choose to share — injuries, medical conditions, medications
- Your goals, history and written answers about your circumstances
We also collect automatically, through cookies and analytics:
- Which advertisement or link brought you here (campaign tracking parameters)
- Device type, browser, and approximate location by IP address
- How you moved through the page and the form
Health information
The application form asks about injuries and medical conditions because coaching you safely requires it. This is sensitive information and we treat it that way: it is used only to design and adjust your program, it is never sold or shared for marketing, and it is visible only to Shrey. You can decline to answer, though it may limit what we can responsibly offer you.
Why we use it
- To assess whether the Elevate program is appropriate for you
- To contact you about your application by WhatsApp or email
- To build and adjust your coaching plan if you enrol
- To understand which advertisements bring suitable applicants, so we spend advertising budget sensibly
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it's stored
Applications are stored in Google Sheets and Google Workspace, on Google's servers. If you enrol, your coaching data is held in the Elevate coaching app. Both providers maintain their own security standards and privacy policies.
Advertising and cookies
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure advertising performance. It sets cookies and reports back to Meta which pages you viewed and whether you submitted an application. Meta may use this to show you related advertising and to find similar audiences. You can control this in your Meta ad preferences, or block cookies in your browser settings — the site works either way.
How long we keep it
Applications that don't lead to coaching are kept for up to 24 months, in case you come back to us. Client records are kept for the duration of coaching and for seven years afterwards, which is standard for health and fitness practice. You can ask us to delete your information at any point before that.
Your rights
You can, at any time, ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
Email privacy@elevatewithshrey.com and we'll action it within 30 days. There's no charge and you don't need to give a reason.
Children
This service is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted an application, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
Not medical advice
Coaching provided through Elevate is fitness and nutrition guidance, not medical treatment. It doesn't replace advice from a doctor. If you have a medical condition, speak to a healthcare professional before starting any new training or nutrition program.
